Ingredients
  • ½ cup pure cane sugar
  • 1 tbsp corn starch
  • ½ cup lemon juice (Preferably fresh lemon juice)
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • Optional pinch turmeric (This is if you'd like a more intense yellow color)
  • ¼ cup vanilla almond or soy milk (Any non-dairy milk would work.)
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (A vegan butter will also work as a substitute.)
