  • 1 bottle/can (12 ounce) pumpkin beer/cider
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 2 to 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 ounces creamy brie, cubed
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
