Plant-Based Ballpark Brats
Ingredients
  • 1 - 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 -15 oz can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup baked potato, peeled
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 3 Tbsp red or green bell pepper, minced
  • 3 Tbsp tomato, diced
  • 3 Tbsp red onion, minced
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp whole grain mustard
  • ⅛ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp powdered marjoram
  • ⅛ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp poultry seasoning
  • ½ tsp dried sage
  • ¼ tsp celery seed
  • 8 brown rice spring roll wrapper, or white rice spring roll wrapper if you’re unable to find brown rice
