Vegan Donuts

Ingredients
  • ¼c almond milk
  • 1tsp Apple cider vinegar
  • ¼tsp vanilla
  • ⅓c sugar free maple syrup
  • 3½tbs Apple sauce
  • 125g flour
  • ¼tsp salt
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Blueberries (optional)
  •  
  • Icing
  • 2tbs powdered sugar
  • Splash of almond milk
Steps
  1. Mix all dry ingredients
  2. Add wet ingredients
  3. Put in piping bag and divide into 6 serving
  4. Add blueberries on top
  5. Cook at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
  6. While cooling, mix icing and leave in fridge for 5 to 10 minutes
  7. Top with icing when donuts are cool
