  • 6" Individual size pizza pan - half the recipe.  They estimate the dough will weigh about 6 oz.
  • 12" pizza pan -  1 ½ times the recipe.
  • 14" pizza pan - double the recipe.
  • 16Feb2020 - The dough recipe made 10.7 ounces of dough.  I let the dough rise in the refrigerator over night.  It did double in size.  I put it all in the 6" pizza pan.
  • 07Apr2020 - Made the dough.  I got exactly 10.7 ounces of dough.  It did not rise well at all. I let it rise for 1.5 hours and then put it in the refrigerator overnight.  It did not rise much. But it tasted good.  I baked it in my small cast iron pan, which is 8 inches.
