  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 and ½ cups vegetable oil
  • ½ cup chives (roughly chopped)
