Low Fodmap Pad Thai with Shrimp
Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons plain rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon ground paprika
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce (or tamari)
  • ¼ cup sliced green onion tops (green parts only)
  • 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
  • Optional Garnishes: 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, chopped fresh cilantro
