  • ½ cup (94 g) split red lentils, rinsed and drained (to remove any debris)
  • ½ cup (118 mL) nondairy milk (I used almond milk)
  • ⅔ cup (150 mL) unsweetened applesauce
  • 3 and ½ tablespoons (25 g) coconut flour
  • 2 and ½ tablespoons (30 g) coconut sugar
  • ½ teaspoon EACH ground cinnamon and ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
