Almond Berry Breakfast Cookies
Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 3 TBSP almond butter
  • 1 TBSP ground flax seed
  • 1 to 3 TBSP maple syrup (depending on how sweet you want them)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp almond extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ⅓ cup almond meal/ almond flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen berries (I like frozen wild blueberries or raspberries)
