Healthy Caesar Dressing
Ingredients
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste or 2 anchovy filets
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup full fat plain Greek yogurt, low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt will work
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons water, as needed to thin
