Ingredients
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package Au jus mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • ~3lbs roast meat (chuck, tips, etc.)
  • Pepperoncini peppers to taste
Steps
  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot with mixes on meat, peppers on mixes, and stick of butter on top of everything.  Cook 10-12 hours on low.  When meat is done, shred to your liking and mix into meat juices/gravy.
  2. Note: No need to add any water to this!
