Ingredients
  • 1 package Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 package Au jus mix
  • 1 stick butter
  • ~3lbs roast meat (chuck, tips, etc.)
  • Pepperoncini peppers to taste
Steps
  1. Put all ingredients in crock pot with mixes on meat, peppers on mixes, and stick of butter on top of everything.  Cook 10 to 12 hours on low.  When meat is done, shred to your liking and mix into meat juices/gravy.
  2. Note: No need to add any water to this!
