The Best Instant Pot Beef/chkn and Broccoli
Ingredients
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1tbsp garlic minced
  • .75 tsp of ground ginger
  • 12 ounces (340g) ( 2 cups) flank beef steak sliced into strips or cubed
  • ¼ cup water to deglaze the pot after browning the beef
  • subheading: For The Sauce:
  • ¼ cup ( 2 tbsp) low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon ( 1 tsp) brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ( 1 tsp) sesame oil
  • ¾ cup water or beef stock
  • subheading: For The Slurry, Broccoli, And Garnish:
  • 1 tablespoon ( 1 tsp) cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon of water
  • 12 ounces (340g) ( 3 cups) broccoli steamed
  • 1 teaspoon ( 1 tsp) sesame seeds to garnish (optional)
