  • Ground nutmeg - ¼ teaspoon
  • Paprika - ¼ teaspoon
  • Sea salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Fresh ginger - ¼2 teaspoon, minced
  • Chard leaves - 2 cups, shredded (substitute with kale)
