Salmon and Rice by: Rich Lum
Cooked in The Instant Pot

Ingredients
  • 1 cup of soy sauce, ½ cup sugar, 2 tablespoons sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped then smashed , around 15 to 20 dashes of Louisiana hot sauce, 3 to 4 stalks of chopped green onion.
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together. Place one salmon filet in each 7.75" mini loaf pan and pour ⅓ of the sauce over each.
  2. 1 cup of water in he pot, trivet with pans stacked on top. Close and seal the lid. Manual 8 minutes QR. i like 7 minutes better but the wife likes 8. While the salmon is cooking pour the remain ⅓ of the sauce into a small pot over medium heat. Add a cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce. Pour over cooked salmon
