One Pan Roasted Veggie Caesar Salad
Ingredients

  • 6 slices bacon, cut into large squares

  • 3 tbs kewpie mayo
  • 3 anchovies
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic
  • 2 tsp soy sauce (or Tamari)
  • 2 tbs olive oil
  • 2 tbs freshly grated parmesan
  • subheading: Panko Crumble:
  • ⅓ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp olive oil
