Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 to 4 lbs chicken, lightly frozen, cute bite size
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 ½ tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- 4 tbsp butter, sliced
- 2 cups (1 pint) heavy cream
- subheading: Thickening agent:
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp cold water
Steps
- Saute onion in oil. When translucent, add chicken.
- If not using frozen chicken, add a few tablespoons up to ¼ cup water.
- Sprinkle seasonings on top of chicken. Place slices of butter on top.
- Seal pot and cook on hi for 9 mins. Immediate release once done.
- Add heavy cream to pot. Stir to breakup chicken pieces.
- Thicken with corn starch slurry. Bring to boil to thicken the sauce.
- subheading: How to prepare zoodles:
- Cut zucchini into noodles (use a Spiralizer), place the zucchini in a bowl, add a sprinkle of seasoned salt, cover with plastic, microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, drain excess water.
Notes
- Serve over pasta or zoodles (zucchini cut into noodles)
