Ingredients
  • 8 oz mak guksu (Korean wheat noodles)
  • 2 cups diced kimchi
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey, sugar, or agave nectar (to taste)
  • ½ tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced into matchsticks or thin slices
  • ¼ cup dried nori shreds (more or less to preference)
