Roasted Balsamic Potatoes, Onions and Broccoli
Ingredients
  • 2 lbs Pacific Gold Baby White Potatoes, do not peel, cut in half
  • ¾ lb Pacific Gold White Onions, peeled, cut into ¾ inch wedges
  • 3 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • handful of broccoli florets
