This is a Hershey’s easy does it recipe ready in 5 minutes to bake. Within 15 minutes you have warm peanut butter fudge cookies.
Ingredients
  • (Mixes in 5 minutes!)
  • 1 ¼ cups butter or margarine, softened
  • ¾ cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 2 cups (12-ounce package) REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips
  • 2 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Cream butter or margarine and sugar in large mixer bowl.
  3. To the creamed mixture, Add eggs and vanilla; blending well. Then add in the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt: blending to combine well. Stir in peanut butter pieces using a spatula.
  4. Drop by a teaspoonful on to an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not over bake.
  5. Allow the cookies to set and cool on the cookie sheet for a minute before removing from the sheet using a spatula.
  6. Then place on a cooling rack until completely cooled.
  7. Store in a dry container. Will keep up to 5 days at room temp.
