  • 1 Cinnamon Stick or 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp minced Ginger or Ginger Powder

  • 1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 medium Onion; chopped
  • 2 tbsp minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Ground Coriander
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • ½ tsp Tumeric Powder or Fresh Tumeric
  • ½ tsp Fenugreek
  • 1 tsp Cayenne (adjust for spiciness)
  • 8oz Tomato Sauce/Paste (not Ketchup)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream/Whipping/Milk/Yoghurt
  • ¼ cup chopped Cilantro/Chinese Coriander
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 tbsp Corn Starch (mixed in 2 tbsp Water)
