Ingredients
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
Steps
  1. Put kitchen aid mixing bowl in the freezer to chill for a while before starting.
  2. Add all ingredients to mixing bowl and beat with wire whisk on high speed until stiff peaks form. DO NOT OVER BEAT or your whipped cream will separate.
