  • 1 (16 oz) package fettuccine or your favorite pasta
  • 1 (14.5 oz) cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning (adjust to your preferred spice level)
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus extra for garnish
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)
