Ingredients
  • 2 medium carrots cut into 2-inch chunks. Slice them thinner into “French-fry” shape sticks. You can also use baby carrots and slice them in half lengthwise.
  • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive oil (or avocado oil)
  • Salt + Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning of choice. I use the Organic Veggie blend to season my carrots and Roast Vegetables and Fries Spice Blend.
  • Avocado oil spray.
  • 1 Tablespoon Fresh chopped parsley (optional)
  • Balsamic Glaze (Optional)
  • Feel free to use other spices like garlic, onion powder, paprika, thyme, chipotle and so on.
