Beginner's Sourdough Bread
Ingredients
  • All purpose flour - Since this is a beginners loaf I’m using something most people already have in their pantry, all-purpose flour. You could also substitute with bread flour.
  • Water
  • Active sourdough starter - This is a starter that has been fed 4 to 12 hours before starting the recipe, is active and bubbly, and has about doubled in size. Learn how to make your own starter here.
  • Salt
