  • 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 ¼ cups water
  • 8 ounces lasagna noodles , uncooked
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
