Healthy Air Fryer Mushrooms
Ingredients
  • 1 lb mushrooms, stems trimmed and halved (cremini or button are our favorite)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ghee, melted
  • 2 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp sage, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Sea salt and pepper, to taste
