Ingredients

  • ½ cup chopped parsely
  • 1 ½ cups shredded carrots
  • ½ cup chopped small red onion*
  • ¾ cup sunflower seeds (or pepitas), optional
  • 1 ½ cups oat flour*
  • ¾ cup bread crumbs*
  • ¼ cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons salt, to taste
