  • 2 Tablespoons flour
  • 3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped mint, fresh or dry
  • 1 Cup Kashk (Whey) or sour cream
  • 1 Tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 Tablespoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon black pepper
