  • 2 large fresh tomatoes, diced, or 2 15- ounce cans diced tomatoes, with juices
  • 2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni or pasta of choice
  • 2½ cups beef broth
  • 3 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
