Chicken Salad with the leftovers from whole chicken and 6 eggs I cooked in the IP.

Ingredients
  • 2 Chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sweet salad cubes
Steps
  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  • Eat as a salad, with crackers or on bread or buns for sandwiches.
