Meatballs
Ingredients
  • Base Meatball
  • 2 lbs 80% ground beef
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ⅔ full-fat ricotta cheese
  • -----------------------------------------------------
  • Adding flavor
  • 1 TBSP Garlic
  • 2 TSP Onion Powder
  • ¼ Cup Fresh Parsely
  • 1 TSP Dried Oregano
  • 1TSP Thyme
  • 1 TSP Italian Seasoning
  • ½ TSP Smoked Paprika
Steps
  1. Mix together ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Form either into 1oz balls for single bite or 2oz for regular.
  3. Bake at 425° for 17min for 2oz balls
