Keto fish fingers
Ingredients
  • Chunky fish
  • Mayonnaise
  • Pork scratchings
  • Salt & pepper
Steps
  1. Crush pork scratchings between a folded baking sheet.
  2. Cut fish into fish fingerish shapes. (Use scissors, much easier.)
  3. Add mayonnaise for stickyness and salt and pepper for flavour.
  4. Roll through pork scratchings.
  5. Fry until done.
