Ingredients
  • 550 g. sourdough starter discard (2 c.)
  • 1 T. coconut oil or melted butter
  • ¼ C yogurt
  • 3 T. brown sugR
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • ½ t. salt
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • ½ t. cinnamon
Steps
  1. Preheat waffle griddle.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Stir well, the baking soda will make the mixture bubble.
  3. Pour onto hot waffle griddle and cook until done.
Notes
  • These freeze well, separate with parchment squares. Blueberries, chocolate chips, nuts can be added to waffles when they are first put in the griddle.
