Ingredients
- ½ c Cheddar Cheese - shredded
- ¼ c Mozzarella - shredded
- ¼ c Parmesan - shredded
- 2 eggs
- ½ c Almond flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400
- Add the eggs to a large bowl and whisk until lightly beaten
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Divide into 4, 6 or 8 sections.
- Roll each section into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.

- 4 - thick buns - 2.3g net carbs/biscuit
- 6 - thin buns - 1.7g net carbs/biscuit
- 8 - sliders - 1.15g net carbs/biscuit
