Keto Cheese Biscuits
Ingredients
  • ½ c Cheddar Cheese - shredded
  • ¼ c Mozzarella - shredded
  • ¼ c Parmesan - shredded
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ c Almond flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Add the eggs to a large bowl and whisk until lightly beaten
  3. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  4. Divide into 4, 6 or 8 sections.
  5. Roll each section into a ball and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment or a silpat.
  6. Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
  • 4 - thick buns - 2.3g net carbs/biscuit
  • 6 - thin buns - 1.7g net carbs/biscuit
  • 8 - sliders - 1.15g net carbs/biscuit
