Ingredients
  • Zatarain’s jambalaya with sausage in instant pot.   I looked for quite a while for clarification on how to cook this and kept getting different times and different amounts of water.  So I winged it and it came out great.
  • 1 - 8 ounce box zatarain’s jambalaya mix
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 each chopped red and green bell pepper. (Or yellow)
  • 1 - 14 ounce undrained can fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 - 14 ounce garlic sausage chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2.5 cups water (or could use broth)
