Servings: 4 sandwiches
Ingredients
  • 7½ oz. canned crab (drained & with cartilage removed)
  • ¼ c. finely chopped sweet pickles
  • ½ c. Miracle Whip OR sour cream
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • butter (softened)
  • 8 slices bread
Steps
  1. Mix together crab, pickles, Miracle Whip/sour cream, & salt.
  2. Cover each bread slice on one side to edges.
  3. Spread crab filling over 4 slices & top with second bread slice.
  4. TO FREEZE: If not serving immediately, place each sandwich in separate sandwich bag; then wrap i heavy-duty aluminum foil to freeze. To serve, remove from foil & thaw in sandwich bag 4-hrs.
Notes
  • These sandwiches may be frozen for up to 2 wks.
