  • 50 g (2 Tablespoons) golden syrup
  • 90 g (6 Tablespoons) unsweetened non-dairy milk (I use soy)
  • 175 g (1 ¼ cups 2 Tablespoons) self-raising flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoons mixed spice (or pumpkin spice)
  • 100 g (⅔ cup) mixed dried fruit or sultanas
