  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp pumpkin spice or more to taste
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt optional
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree 120g
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 60g; or use another liquid sweetener
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk 120g
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1-2 GoMacro bars optional; maple sea salt flavored; crumbled in a food processor
  • 1/2 cup plant-based yogurt 120g; optional
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup 30g; optional
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract optional
