Chicken with Lemon Sage Sauce
Ingredients

  • ½ cup olive oil (or as needed)

  • 1 Tbsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp parsley, chopped (or 2 tsp dry)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • ½ cup white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, cold
