Dr pepper grilled beef ribs
Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 pounds ribs
  • 3 cans dr pepper
  • 2 Tblsp. hot sauce
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 Tblsp. brown sugar
  • 4 Tblsp. Vinegar
  • 2 to 4 Tblsp. worceshire sauce
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 c barbecue sauce
Steps
  1. Combine all ingredents in a stock pot and cook, covered on low heat for 2 hours.
  2. Remove ribs and grill over medium high heat until done basting with cooking sauce. Place ribs in oven safe dish and coat with sauce.
  3. Bake at 325° until rib meat falls off from bone. baste with sauce as needed. cover lightly with foil.
