Brazilian Churrasco Flank Steak with Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients

  • ½ cup fresh parsley
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 TBSP dried oregano
  • 1 TBSP red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste (start with 1.5 tsp salt)

  • 1 ½ lbs flank steak
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 TBSP soy sauce
  • 1 TBSP minced garlic
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ½ TBSP salt
  • ¾ tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 TBSP brown sugar or honey
