Ingredients
  • -¾ cup coconut flour (100g)
  • -1 ½ tbsp psyllium husk(15g)
  • -pinch of salt.
  • -2cups (500ml) cold tap water.
Steps
  1. 1. Combine dry ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  2. 2. Add water and still until it makes a gelatinous dough.
  3. 3. Cover and let rest 15 mins.
  4. 4. Divide into 6 balls and press/flatten out with parchment.
  5. 5. Heat non stick skillet medium heat with a cover.
  6. 6. Brush with olive oil and place in skillet, cover for 1 minute.
  7. 7.flip, cover for 1 more minute and remove.
  8. 8. Place on cooling rack and repeat.
