Spicy Beef Ramen (Keto/Low Carb)

  • 1 pound ground beef, browned and crumbled
  • ½ small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ to ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 packages Miracle angel hair noodles
  • ½ cup green onions, chopped
  • garnish: red pepper flakes
  • optional: Sriracha sauce for more heat. This is not factored in to the nutrition count. You would add 1.3 carbs per teaspoon added.
