moongdal sabudana dosa
Ingredients
  • 1 Cup yellow moong dal
  • ½ Cup Tapioca
  • ½ Cup thin Poha
Steps
  1. Wash moong dal n Tapioca n soak for 3 hrs.
  2. Wash thin Poha n Soak wid li'l water just before grinding. To Dis add 2tsp Coriander seeds, ½ tsp Jeera, 1 Clove garlic, 2 tsp Coconut, 3 Green chili's, 3 dry Red chilies.
  3. Start grinding d Dal along with poha n other ingredients with ¼ tsp turmeric powder, add 2 tsp Rice flour. Grind into smooth paste n mke dosai d same day. No need for fermentation. Dosai was so tasty,very crispy. U can mke like adai small r big n thin like d one in d pic.  U can add chopped onions, coriander leaves, green chilies n curry leaves. Today I will mke Guliyappa r paniyaram in appe pan.
