Ingredients
  • 1 Red onion
  • Mason jar
  • Fresh ginger (small amount)
  • 1tsp Cayenne pepper
  • Organic Raw Honey
Steps
  1. Cut up 1 red onion and fill a small mason jar with it
  2. Grate up ginger (about a grape size amount) add to the Mason jar
  3. Add a tsp cayenne to the jar
  4. Then fill the jar with organic honey
  5. Let it sit overnight and then take 3 to 4 Tbsp everyday until you're feeling better and then switch to 1x a day
