Ingredients
- 1 Red onion
- Mason jar
- Fresh ginger (small amount)
- 1tsp Cayenne pepper
- Organic Raw Honey
Steps
- Cut up 1 red onion and fill a small mason jar with it
- Grate up ginger (about a grape size amount) add to the Mason jar
- Add a tsp cayenne to the jar
- Then fill the jar with organic honey
- Let it sit overnight and then take 3 to 4 Tbsp everyday until you're feeling better and then switch to 1x a day
