  • 1 ( 15 oz.) container part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • 5 oz. shredded Parmesan cheese (about 1 ½ cups)
  • 6 oz. shredded low-moisture part skim mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
