  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 x 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree aka tomato paste
  • 700 ml vegan broth or stock
  • 8 lasagna sheets
  • 120 ml boiling water
  • 4 tablespoon vegan cream cheese or Oatly Creme Fraiche, for topping
  • Fresh parsley or basil for serving
