Ingredients

  • 3 cups apple, small chunks, half honey crisp, half granny smith
  • 8 deglet dates, or 4 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • subheading: Drizzle:
  • ¼ cup cashews, add all drizzle ingredients to a bowl and let soak for at least an hour
  • 3 deglet dates
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ⅓ cup water
