Good Morning Oatmeal Waffles
Ingredients
  • 1 ¾ cups oat flour, or ground oats
  • 2 tsps baking powder
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon, optional
  • ½ cup unsweetened coconut milk, cashew milk, or almond milk
  • ¼ cup melted unrefined coconut oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 Tbsps maple syrup, or raw honey
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • fresh berries, to garnish
