Lightened Up Hamburger Casserole
Has creasent roll topper
Ingredients
  • 1 ½ lbs Laura's Lean Ground Beef (96% lean)
  • ¼ cup Dill pickles (finely chopped)
  • 1 Small white onion (diced)
  • ½ cup Sugar-free ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsps Yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can Reduced fat crescent rolls (8-ounce can)
  • ½ cup Light or fat free cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg (plus 1 tbsp water, whisked together)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

  • ½ cup Light mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Non-fat Greek or plain yogurt
  • 6 tbsps Sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 tbsps Water
  • 3 tbsps White onion (minced)
  • 2 tsps Sugar or monkfruit sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • Dash of salt
